Pipe Cutting Machine used to cut pipes at right angles. In addition to producing a clean cut, this tool is often fast, being the most convenient way to cut pipe versus the option of using a hacksaw.
The most popular model is composed of an adjustable sharpened disc with a jaw grip, with two or more cylinders, on the side opposite the cutting disc. It is used by squeezing the cutting wheel by rotating it repeatedly around the tube until the entire thickness of the wall is cut.

With great strength and speed, the Pipe Grooving Machines are watertight oil-filled gear, totally maintenance-free, 3 powerful engines to choose from, safety foot switch with emergency button and 2 positions to be able to load the entire weight of the body during work.

The crossbar of the Pipe Grooving Machines is installed on the column. The clamping cylinder holds the transverse rocker to hold the work piece firmly during machining. This ensures the stability of the work piece and reduces vibrations. To drive the head up and down uses two series of servomotors and ball screw. The two servomotors drive at the same time from both sides through the ball screw. The feedback response is good and with an exact positioning. Simultaneous operation on both sides ensures stable movement of the head in the horizontal and vertical direction. The head of the pipe groover  is made of cast iron and employs full transmission gears of high transmission capacity. The direction of rotation every two spindles is reversed, therefore, the longitudinal cutting resistance during machining can be counteracted. The power is transmitted to the head by means of gears and then by two frequency conversion motors. It is convenient to adjust the spindle rpm through the frequency conversion motor. On the other hand, there is a cooling nozzle installed on each spindle to cool the tools during machining. Proper cooling improves tool life.
